🚩How to submit your entry:
1. Post 1 photo of your cosplay on your page (between July 05th and July 20th)
2. Tag our IG accounts on @procosplay_official & @procosplay_club (or facebook account @procosplay)
3. Indicate that 'Enter the 2025 Cosplay Contest', with hashtags #procosplaycontest , #procosplay
*Complete the 3 steps above, and you'll successfully enter the preliminary round!
💡Your costumes can be homemade or purchased from anywhere.**
💡Please do not mention any 3rd party other than the photographer and stylist.**
*To ensure your submission is displayed throughout the competition, please set your account visibility to Public.

Q: Does the contest costume need to be purchased from ProCosplay?
A: No, it doesn't. Your costumes can be homemade or purchased from anywhere. The Cosplay Contest is open to everyone in any costume. We're excited to see what you come up with!
Q: Can I join with a furry costume, a handmade costume, or custom-made costume?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it open for everyone?
A: Yes. It’s open to everyone, from all countries worldwide. Just follow the entry guidelines to join!
Q: How many photos can I submit?
A: 1 photo only. And the photo should only include you.
Q: What prizes can I win?
A: We have set up preliminary and final rounds for this $2000 prize pool competition, with each round offering a variety of prizes. We have also prepared rewards for fans who participate in the voting.
Q: Where do I post the photo?
A: Your Instagram or Facebook homepage. Please follow the above 3 steps to submit your photo during July 05th and July 20th.

A: Finalists selected by fan voting. And your friends, your followers, can show their support by voting. Voting details will be shared on 7.18.
Q: How will I know if I enter the Final?
A: We will publish the finalists on our website.
Q: What is the Excellence Award?
A: Besides the public vote, another award - the Excellence Award, will be selected by 3 cosplay pros based on the overall look (attire completeness and detailed design).
